I am disappointed on the service i received when i was claiming for my accident cover . i called them after the accident , they sent a towing truck to pick the car . the cr was not badly damaged . then went silent for a month . when i was following up i was told that my car was written off without telling me or giving me information . then i followed with the insurance and managed to get the car and fixed it my self . the worst thing they are still debiting from my account for service at all . now i want to claim the money i have used to fix the car
