Contravening Of Protection Of Information Ac

I has personal cheque account with ABSA that I was using to get my salary. I switched my salary and debits to the new bank. There was SARS refund that were paid to my ABSA personal account but I could not access them because my account was closed because it was not used for more than 1 year, I approach ABSA Ixopo and I was informed that my account was sold to Shakleton Lawyers with the rights to withdraw whatever money deposited on it . My concerns is that I opened a personal account with ABSA that can be accessed using my secrete pin and I never gave permission to a third party to access my personal account without my consent. ABSA contravened Protection Of Information Act, so I need my money back.
