Contract has been destroyed
We still paying off our vehicle after 6 years from when bought and apparently on the statement it shows we still have another 55 months to go...so where on earth have you heard paying off a vehicle over 126 Months ?????<br> <br> We asked for the contract of the vehicle, and we received an answer saying the document has been destroyed.<br> So right now there is no binding contract between us and the bank.<br> <br> This matter we are taking further.....
