Continuous problems

After struggling for 6 months to have our FICA issues sorted out (as your business consultant at the Grove kept losing our documents), then hearing we're scheduled for lock down again, then struggling for another 3 weeks to have that resolved (not our fault!), not getting responses from the personnel involved, then contacting your Complaint division *** and again not receiving a response despite the promised 3 day turnaround time, I have now been waiting in your queue at Menlyn for 45 minutes, and apparently the FICA issue is still not resolved. What is it going to take - a miracle?! You are absolutely useless - thank goodness my personal account is not with you and never will be. I'm a chartered accountant, who will advise all my clients and students to steer well clear of you.
