Continuous poor service from ABSA
It saddens me to say that this is the 2nd bad review that i have had to do on ABSA in about a month, if not less. Youphone enquiries and get told you need to go to the branch, you walik in and everyone just ignores you. What is happening to ABSA. My account was ported to a cheque account from savings, niw it tels me that i cant do anything as my account is les than a month old. I can now not upgrade my cellphone contract. ABSA, are you losing the plot? Should customers start looking for a new bank? Really the service is not good at all.
