Continued ineptness

It's been about 3 weeks and yet again I have to complain about Absa. This inept institution is currently charging me interest on a credit card that I closed almost 3 months ago. HOW are you this inept at being a bank??

I closed my credit card account beginning October as I am removing all accounts from Absa due to your unprofessional behaviour and utter incompetence, only to still receive credit card statements on an account that was closed. I spoke to a representative, the line was so poor I could make out her name, she told me that a payment I made with my card in SEPTEMBER was only deducted from my account on 7 October. This was AFTER I closed the account. So yet again Absa does not know how to behave like a bank and I have to now sort out this mess.

I will NOT pay 1cent to Absa, the account as closed and confirmed of closure, yet you still charge me with god knows what interest. This makes no sense. Utterly inept
