Continue to be charged for an account that I dont use

<p>I am having a problem with my cheque account, I have been to more tha n 4 branches without any assistance . I was taken to the lawyers(Macroberts attorneys) for this account, eventually I settled the outstanding charges,but still cant close the account .Can someone please sort this account once and for all</p>

Thank you absa, my account is finally closed . I spoke to a very lovely lady called Voudia from Suunyside branch she was able to assist , she just saved you a client .
