Contact details invalid

Been trying to get in touch with your Pension Supported Home Loans department, the email address on the ABSA website does not exist. I then called ***since there is no contact number on your site for this department. This number just rang and then cut off after about 10 rings. The third time I tried I finally get through and the consultant tells me I have to call ***. This number just rings as well.
