<p>I have balled ********** 600 every day for a week with a query on the charges of my current account. All waiting times have been more than 5 mins so I put down and call after hours as it's a 24/7 line (so says the Absa website). I got through 1x but the charges system was down so he couldn't help me. I called today at 14:00 only to have a recording "our business hours are between 8 and 6 Monday to Friday" and the line goes dead! How can this number be 24/7 only sometimes???? </p>
