Consultant not applying what i asked her to do.

Went to Ga-rankuwa branch to do a payment relief for both my personal loans but the person who helped me did the total opposite, she did my credit card and one of the loan, this thing of going to the branch and not getting the proper help is a total waste of time because at the end of the day of the i am not getting the assistant i need instead i get more headache they are messing with my budget i am soo frustrated because even the one they app**** payment relieve on still got debited.
