consultant lack of client skills

absa credit card division , lady by the name Thato very *********** please listen to the call *** i asked for funds to be cleared into my account that you send a sms stating are available but i cannot draw, please listen to the hassle and annoyance she caused just to get a simple request done to clear the funds. your consultants need to have people skills as this credit card will be cancelled should i experience this type of problem again. Please ensure these funds are cleared so i can go draw
