Consistent poor service

I received an SMS to collect my card from ABSA Cresta and on two occasions of waiting in the que at the customer services counter for over half an hour I walked out.<br> Office hours and hard working folks have to be subjected time and again to very poor service within the ABSA bank in Cresta and I have approached the manageress to resolve this matter but to no avail.<br> I will close my ABSA accounts once I have some free time available.
