Consistancy

We have app**** for Absa home loan two weeks ago and it was declined . The reason was that my partner has has a bad debt of R3600 with other institution . Calling Absa and finding the reason behind the decline was a night mare it was like people were avoiding to explain to us the reasons and how can they help from there .<br> The reason that made realize that Absa still favours other nations to others were<br> My white friend and i app**** for Home loan at the same time<br> Our salary bracket is the same'<br> Her partner has bad debt of up to R20000 <br> Their loan was approved.....100% bond<br> <br> I raised the matter with the consultant i spoke to on line and her explanation was obscured .<br> I bank with Absa , have credit card with Absa , Loan with Absa .<br> I am dissapointed at the way this application was declined , there was no communication and no advise given .<br>
