Coning Customers
Wow this is the worst experience i ever encountered i got bombarded with daily calls from the credit card department for limit increases, i went through the calls daily, where to i got smses saying that i need to email my documents what i have done on numerous occasions,i have send a few emails with my documents guess what now i dont hear from Absa at all, i received reply acknowledgement of documents, weeks now no response, is this the way Absa coning customers to obtain personal info ? please cancel my application for limit increase and discard all my documents
