Confusion
I have a vehicle financed through your company. since last week after the 26-9-2018 i have been receiving phone calls on a daily basis . the calls originate from the vehicle finance dept , they are calling me to tell me i have not paid my vehicle installment. This is done on the 25th of each month via debit order. UPON CHECKING MY ACCOUNT THEY FIND ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE. This is totally unacceptable for a large finance house. If ABSA is so adamant that i have not paid my dues for the vehicle, come and repossess the vehicle as would be the case for nonpayment. Cant you get it right,, If you feel i have not paid.. come and take the car.. my next complaint ios to the press and the National Credit regulator. Maybe they will get you to sort it out..
