Confused don't know what do😴😴

Absa the way my account was handled I'm not happy at all but because I don't know the Law like them that's why I was treated fairly.

They gave me different response on VAF account loan account even credit card but still. I'm the one whose wrong. I stopped paying because of them but now it's like they don't know that.
