Confused ABSA

So my home debit order without fail has been debiting on the 26th of every month...i decided to take the holiday gap which you guys offered and after the holiday gap I noticed that my home loan started to debit on the 24th of every month. When I called in to your contact center I was advised that my debit order has "always" been the 24th (it couldn't have been cause i don't have money in my account on the 24th), I get paid on the 26th of every month so it makes no sense as to why I would have chose the 24th....needless to say I found a copy of my contract that and it clearly states that my debit order is on the 26th....I'm being thrown from pillar to post regarding this which i find to be ridiculous from a huge company like you....- Tshepo Mocanetsi
