'CONFLICTING STATEMENTS'

Absa public liability and their farcical clients,<br> <br> Never had i had to deal with such appalling service, I registered a third party claim and dealt with David Mathye representing a mediocre company Ubuntu security who cant even uphold the definition of their company name. On the 29th of August as the Spar Women Walk that was held on West Avenue. Ubuntu security's ridicule employee whilst packing their fencing gate, slipped and he hit and damaged my vehicle whilst stationary. Going into the 4th week i'm told by an *********** David that my claim will not be entertained as I was supposedly speeding at an event where road are freaking closed and there are people all around.<br> <br> Firstly just to educate you how do you prove speeding was the cause of an unskilled labor damaging my vehicle with a gate it is immaterial.<br> <br> Secondly I provided a witness who can corroborate to the statement.<br> <br> Ubuntu Security is a contradictory to the service they provide as it's service is a liability to the public maliciously damaging my CAR, David Mathye is just occupying a cubicle at ABSA with lack of knowledge and professionalism.<br> <br> Bunch of walking liabilities!!!<br>
