Conflicting information

I requested My Vehicle registration papers VIA the call centre early on Monday the 21st, they said it would take up to 5 working days to get to me, I Needed these papers as in yesterday so 5 Days is unacceptable a courier takes 2 days!) none the less I called The Center again today Thursday 24th in order to track my Parcel and Was informed that it was at the Century city branch, I then said great so I can pick it up now? and they said yes and that I must just remember to take my ID with and to change the ownership within 21 Days.

So I get to Canal walk and they are not there, I asked if they can please track it so I know where it is. I then get told the papers are still in Johannesburg! and that i only asked for them on the 22nd which is nonsense, I requested them early on the 21st which allowed 3 days for couriering.

Firstly This Car was paid off over a year ago, why did no one contact me to have my papers sent to me.

Secondly I reiterated that I needed these papers urgently, why was an overnight courier not used?

Lastly why would the Call Center Say the Documents are at the Branch and I can go collect when it is not? why cant i get teh tracking number and track it myself?

very unhappy with the service I have received, If I customer needs something urgently you should do everything in your power to accommodate them.
