Confirmation of online purchase

I made an online payment back in November 2023 the 26th paying one of my service providers, for some odd reason the payment never got allocated to my account, now ai have sent them my statement to try and assist them in locating the payment, however their billing department requires more detail to be able to trace the payment Transaction ref etc snd I have been in touch with ABSA to try and get that not no one seems to have a clue what I’m talking about, would it be possible for someone at ABSA to assist me in obtaing a digital copy of the transaction, reflecting transaction details?? The transaction was madenon the 26th November 2023 for R299 to DSTV, I just need a Confirmation of online purchase
