Confirmation of Employment Joke!!!

I app**** for a personal loan online and received my reference number. I was promised a return call from a certain Phindile, of which she managed to contact me after sveral daily calls to absa and a after week of my application. <br> <br> I managed to get her surname, Phindile Malelo, and she tells me whe cannot confrim employment because our company is not on Telkom's 1023 or the yello pages. I asked her if she was aware that the 1023 line and yello pages are pretty old resources to use to get 087 or 010 number. Why could she not call Telkom itself and inquire about our number. The application has been cancelled and will remain cancelled because I do not see myself recommending Absa to everyone.<br> <br> Highly disgusted!
