confidential information released without permission

<p>Today I received an sms stating I requested a settlement amount on the car I purchased just over two months ago. I never requested such information. I have made no changes to my account. A settlement letter was sent to the person who requested it. How can you allow my personal information to be provided without my permission? if a person wants to commit ***** you provide them confidential information without following procedures. I am an ex staff member and know this should have never happened. </p>
