COMPUTERS RUN ABSA!!! Managers must be too LAZY!

I have recently app**** for a home improvement loan. It was declined on affordability and unsatisfactory payment profile.

On the affordability, I have more than 10 times the installment available to cover the monthly payment. On the payment history, that is based on old information as all my accounts are paid up. As this is a secured loan, and it is in conjunction with my company who will be doing the payroll deduction, the payment profile is irrelevant in this case, which leads me to believe that this was not thought through and the decision was made by a machine. I need to understand how this loan was declined when it is secured, i.e. should I die it's covered, should I lose my job it's covered. Is it perhaps because it is a low interest loan so there is low margins for the bank?? Would I have been assisted with a high interest loan, as I am getting assistance from other banks with a high interest unsecured loan?? Can a manager who has actually app**** his/her mind to this please call me to explain this.
