Again today I was treated by Petal Lubbe (Durban Field Street Branch) with efficiency, courtesy, and understanding service throughout that time. In the past few days I was also impeessed with the fantastic service received from Rowann Stuart in this Branch as well. The above-noted Team also went beyond of normal assistance. The level of service I experienced was truly phenomenal.

I can truly say not only am I proud to be an ABSA client, but your staff has changed my mind I will be banking with Absa as of next month.

I'm very impressed about your Branch and your Team for their continuous excellent service that they always provide to me. This did not come as a surprise to me as this Branch have proven time and time again that they are Customer Centric and always provide their BEST service when interacting with their Customers.
