Compliment for Excellent Service – ABSA Key West (Home Affairs Services)

I would like to share a heartfelt compliment for the staff at ABSA Key West who handle ID and passport applications. In particular, I want to recognise the gentleman who assisted me today with the collection of my passport.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was an older, Afrikaans white gentleman who was managing both the application and collection counters on his own. Despite being the only one there, he remained friendly, efficient, and composed — creating a calm and respectful environment for everyone waiting.

He explained that he was busy, but he still took the time to assist each person with patience and professionalism. His attitude, knowledge, and customer service were truly outstanding, and I sincerely hope this message reaches him and his manager. He absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
