Trust that you are well. I would like to give a huge compliment to a person by the name of Omar Goolam Mahomed at Absa Idirect. It is very scars these days to find a person that is still passionate, energetic and eager to fulfil the task at hand. Omar not only is he patient but very intelligent. This person is a natural leader.

He handled my complaint with outmost care and gathered all the information before trying to resolve. Not only was he updating me on a daily basis , he ensured that I understood that he has my best interest at heart.

Omar is really brave to handle a customer like me. This guy is really bringing possibilities to life. He really got this one done. I had already received 3 quotes from other companies and at the end he made me realize that I was still in good hands with Absa.

Omar you were committed to doing whatever it took to make sure that me as a customer I have the best service, you found a way to bring my possibilities to life.
