Completely stressed out

I can't believe I'm here again writing about how ABSA *****s money. But nevertheless here we are with ABSA doing unauthorised debits from my cheque account after payment arrangements have been made. I'm now in the predicament of not being able to pay rent this month. Why agree to payment arrangements if you are still going to go ahead and take money when ever you feel like it without giving any sort of indication or notice or anything. I am sitting here stressed out now with nowhere or no one to turn to.
