Absa is completely *********** their clients! Their pathetic ATMs never work for depositing cadh, forcing you to go to the bank a number of times, wasting time and money. Last time I got really annoyed, and was promised I wouldn't be charged a deposit fee since their pathetic ATMs weren't working yet again, only to have the money deducted at the end of the month. Now they expect me AGAIN to run up and down in order to deal with their incompetence!
