Absa in Tzaneen is the only bank who does foreign exchange. Their crad machine is not working and due to that you need to pay cash. The lady Tumi is very helpful but her Manager not at all. You need to pay a R400 cash handling fee, this is a *******. Tumi tried her utmost best to get this waived but the Manager just refused. I feel it is very unfair and a ******* as I waa willing to pay with my FNB card but due to their machine bei g out of order you HAVE to pay cash. This is totally unacceptable accirdibg to me to then charge me R400.
