[COMPLAINT] RE. ***
[COMPLAINT] RE. *** I have lodged a claim with regards to retrenchment on the 7th of February 2025. With various communications in-between (emails 11 Feb, 3 March, 22 April, calls 7 April, 6 May and 29 May) and promises of completion of this claim, no advance was made. This is reaching a point of urgency thus . I accept that ASBA is incapable of dealing with claims.

My cellphone is *** and my email is *** . My anticipation is that it will be completed today. My last email to *** I mentioned that I will get the ombudsman involved if not sorted by today. Wilt your response I would give till Wednesday. This has been dragging on for too long. The main problem that they seem to have is that I used this insurance during covid and when the opportunity arose I joined the same company and now the same company retrenched me again. I am a 63 year old white male, it is difficult to get work unless the people know you so that is why I joined them again. Surely they cannot hold that against me. Regards
