Complaint on a solved case not attended fully

I would like to express dissatisfaction with the holistic query resolution as i was assisted by an investigator Leval Harrigton who confirmed case was not resolved as ***** but a **** on the 7 February my query with him case was solved account hold released but he dis not realeased funds paid for R70 000 linking to the same case its been weeks calling Absa ***** department everyone escalates i have no choice but log because i am not getting resolution the held funds its a incovinience on my side and the person whom funds are paid to case ASZA*** it was solved but funds paid to Another Absa client were not released to date please can this be sorted asap i would not like it going any further the guy was helpful its just this after resolution not done proper
