COMPLAINT-FEES - ALWAYS FEES !!!!

Good day,

Two months back I went to ABSA to ask about and amount of almost R1000 that was deducted. The consultant said it was for the reversal of the Funeral Policy, which I cancelled. Now there is another amount of R780 pending, after she told me that after 2 reversals that it will not deduct again. Because of this my account is in arrears again. Why should I pay that amount again if I communicated that I did not want the policy? Unnecessary fees on your account because people don't explain properly
