Complaint

My bond account is in arrears and i decided to sell my property because i could not afford to pay my bond.

We have been requesting the release figures from January 2025 to be able to finally the transfer of the property to the new owners, nothing from the bank has been 4 months since we have requested the release. the ladies which i was liaising with Celeste from legal department and Sophy from the HL department they told me last week Friday that the file was handed over to management for consent and I have sent follow up emails no one's is responding to my emails.

Absa service is very bad.
