Complaint against ABSA Centurion branch

Hi I would like to lodge a complaint against ABSA Centurion branch specifically the trust fund department. I have a trust fund which was registered in my name to hold money I received from the Road Accident Fund. This trust fund is managed by Tlou Chokwe at ABSA Centurion branch. Late last year (2024) I was informed by Tlou Chokwe they will be terminating my mandate and that I will receive the remainder of my money on or before 14 January 2025. I have made several follow-ups on the payment via telephone and in writing but to date I still haven’t received my money. Instead, the person who informed me that they will be terminating my mandate is nolonger taking my calls and now I stressed because I need that money to pay my child’s school fees and buy food. I do not know what to do now and I have been advised that I should go to social media and tell my story and ask for help from civil society. I am making this final appeal to whoever is in charge at ABSA Centurion branch to intervene before I resort to media. This is extremely frustrating and evil. I depend on those funds for my livelihood. Regards
