Complaint about credit life cover - Absa

<p>I am very dissapointed at the service i have received from absa, when they opened a credit card for me they didnt tell me that is not compulsary. Now what hapenned is i went to absa in PTA made a call from there to call the department that deals with credit cards. They asked me to complete a form and sent to them, which i have done in February. But until today the credit life is still not cancelled. It seems like they don't want me to finish paying it off.</p>
