Complaint

I realised I had forgotten my wallet on my way to work this morning so I had to go the Mall to do a cardless transaction. I got at the centre at 06:20 in the morning but the security told me to wait until 7 because nobody is allowed to enter the mall even though the gate is open. I waited until 7 to use a bank for something that didn’t even take 5 minutes
