Complaint
I have an investment with Absa of R155000 which matures on 12 June 2020. I wanted to redeem a portion of the amount to use for final touches on the house that is being built. I was told to rather take out a loan as the bank cannot redeem the investment. The effect of this is that it is going to cost me interest while I have the money in the bank. The essence of this is that Absa will rather put it's clients in debt than to help them
