COMPLAINT
email sent to Absa Complaints Section on 28 September 2015:<br> \I have ceded a policy in order to take out a personal loan with you. The personal loan has now been paid up and I would like to have ABSA release the cession in order for me to get my money. I have been to the PE Branch for assistance and they have been trying to help me with my request. I DO still have an overdraft outstanding on my cheque account. However
