complaint

I submitted a claim as I was a victim of smash and grab. The consultant called me back and assist me with completing the claim. This claim to date has still not been settled and it has been more then 3 months pending with no solution in sight. The consultant made me complete 3 separate claims that pertains to one incident, so I had tp pay access for all three claims. the other twist is that the amount they need to settle is completely different to the insured amount aswell as the replacement value of my belongings. I emailed the consultant and to date have not had any response or joy completing my claim. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible as this has been dragging on now for more than 3 months.
