Complaint

I went to Absa bank to have my debit order changed , just find out later my debit order date was deleted without my knowledge, I did not sign anything or even informed what this consultant Portia at florida absa branch did. She just decided to go delete my debit order without my consent , and why would I even give consent to such talk about ***********. Now I have to pay the cost thereof which unfair treatment to the highest degree. I took the initiative to have my debit reinstated and they still decides to go and blacklist after all my effort, this is utter nonsense, yet they receive my monthly installment without any problem. They don't even response to you with feedback, Bad service I tell you.
