Reviewer Update
Good Day,
I am requesting that a manager from your Payment Relief services, or Credit Life services contacts me back as a matter of urgency.
I am contacting you on behalf of my wife, who has had no luck in getting her loans and accounts in order from your staff.
My wife is no longer receiving an income and is unable to make any payments towards her personal loan. Subsequently I've been affected as well as the household income has been cut in half and we are finding it extremely difficult to manage during this time.
My wife has sent all the requested documents to your department, however was still debited this month. I luckily put money into her account to make sure that it does not bounce. I had to make use of my credit card to make sure there is funds available just in case your debit hits even though she was trying to sort this out daily. I had a feeling that this would not be sorted out.
We have been into your branches, no assistance and are advised to call. When we call, they say someone will be in contact. When we email it is a whole back and forth to get someone to understand that my wife is NO LONGER receiving an income.
I received a couple of SMSs from Absa to confirm if I require an additional payment relief, I rep**** accordingly and got a call back to make arrangements for a new payment relief plan the same week. My wife recieved the exact same SMSs and rep**** as I did, NOBODY ever called her and she really needed help with this.
We have been with Absa for more than 10 years and never had any issues, until now. This is the time we NEED help and nobody is able to sort this out. please escalate this to a.manager and have them contact me back please. This affects my family and we need this to be sorted out.
Kind Regards
