Complaint

I have been having numerous unauthorized debit orders on my account, i went to the branch in Sasolburg to reverse and stop those debit orders but the branch told me that they cannot help me, the lady advised me that the best thing to do is to close my account of which i did yesterday. Other banks can reserve unauthorized debit orders but Absa cannot, please advise how this is possible? Full names: Bucibo Lucy Busisiwe ( ********** 224081)
