COMPLAINT

There was ***** committed on my Absa Credit Cards. I had to open a police case and write a sworn affidavid as well. They handled the one card quite quickly and refunded the money - which I am greatfull for. But now they just keep telling me that the case was resolved and they did not attend to the other card. The transaction was a cash transfer with a ABSA reference and they are now just not assisting me. They just keep telling me that it has been resolved. I am convinced this was a inside job as they had all my details from my ID number to my card numbers and the CVC on the back of my cards. My deduction from this is that that is exactly why they are ignoring the transaction on my second card because that was a cash transfer with a ABSA reference! So it could only have been from inside ABSA and attending to that would be as if it is an admission of guilt.
