Complaint

The utmost worst service that I have experiencied. Debit orders going off my bank acc cannot be reversed as it is according to Absa debi check which I did not approve every month I loose money through this. Bank says phone ***** I phone ***** then they inform me to go back to Bank branch. Oh and they say they will call me back I never get feedback yet every month the unknown debit orders continue being deducted from my account I am at my wits end only way out I see now is changing to another bank. One star rating is too high for Absa
