Complaint
Absa has closed mosr of their small branches in the Eastrand and am currently at the one opened in Carnival been standing in the que from 8 :30 and now is 10 :30 standing in the q outside the bank am appatently number 20. This is really inconsiderate honestly it is month end couldn't they cater for this pick time . This contradicts with the Covid 19 protocols . Of social distancing .how could the bank compromise people's lives is it even allowed
