Complain UNCLEARED AMOUNTS ON MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT

I did complain already. 6 email to ***. No one respond on my emails. I complained on Hellopeter and BASANI from Absa came back. I HAVE UNCLEARED AMOUNTS FROM TEMU ON MY ACCOUNT. Absa do not want to clear these amounts for 3 weeks now. I send them all the proof I had. BUT UNCLEARED amounts on your cheque account should removed around 5 days
