Complain to absa for ***** that was done by absa

Complain to absa their service is poor and I advise that people must be aware when banking with absa as yesterday I was at springs mall at absa after I found out that they was an unknown debit order which I didn't know about while I was at the absa bank I went to the costumer service for assistance of a debit order and I told them my story about an unknown debit order they told me they can't reverse that amount of R1000.00.so they said it was debited by a credit card department to find out that my credit card was closed long time ago and I never gave them any permission to debit on this account surprisingly it was debited so they say we must phone absa debt review and no one phone me and my money was gone as we know that debuting money from someone's account without their knowledge is a *****. So I have loss my money and no one is willing to help me with this issue. So guys be careful when banking with absa your money will be debited without your knowledge and you won't get your money back
