Complain

I made a payment to Takealot instant via payfast. Usually this goes through instantly. I realized Takealot has cancelled the order due to no payment. After being on the phone for 33 minutes i asked the consultant to call me back as my air time was running out. She refused said she will log a call for a consultant to call me back after i have spent 33 minutes on the phone with her pathetic service, she wasn't even prepared to check for me, i had to ask her to go in and make sure the payment came off.

After banking with Absa for 40 years had a bond with them, and this is the service.
