I am livid with the experience from ABSA life. I took out a life policy with ABSA life in December 2019. I specifically app**** for a life policy. I after taking the policy they never sent me the policy document. I kept requesting the document but it was never sent. I have been paying the premium without fail. I finally decided to go to the bank and collect the policy document only to find that i was paying for a funeral cover that was disguised as a life policy. I was deceived to pay for a funeral cover when i wanted a life policy. That is why the kept the policy document from me so they can shamelessly tale my money for something i didn't asl for.
