Complain 😭

Good day

I am an Absa client I went to Absa at Senwana shopping shopping centre. Looking to open Account for my two kids Since I have account with absa The guy by the name of Lucky the consultant said they both need a proof of address in both their names and I tried to explain that this kids are young and have never opened any accounts in their names the address is in my name as the parent N was told its not possible so is this how we are r treated as clients I felt I have been failed as a client. His was not interested to assist me coz his attitude in Explaining was annoyed and impatient 😭😭😭 He had no time.
